Return & Exchange - Cancellation Policies

If you change your mind after ordering, you can cancel your order on the same day or request an exchange. Returns must be processed within 14 days of receipt, and you will only be responsible for the shipping costs.

Shipping fees will be deducted from the original product price.

You must send a photo of the returned or exchanged product to confirm it is in its original condition and free of defects.

The returned or exchanged product must be packaged and sealed securely for delivery to the shipping company; otherwise, it will be rejected.

For returns or exchanges, we will accept the product and conduct an inspection within 5 business days. Our quality control department will perform this inspection to ensure the product meets our return and exchange policy. Afterward, the refund will be issued to the customer, minus shipping costs.

Refunds will only be processed via bank transfer, Vodafone Cash, or InstaPay.

If your product meets the above conditions, please contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process of shipping the product back to us.
