If for any reason your Merossa product isn’t the perfect fit, we’re here to help make your return process simple and worry-free.
General Return Terms
Please keep your original invoice and warranty card, as they’re required for all returns.
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase, for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used bedding items cannot be returned.
Products used for commercial purposes are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees related to returns — no additional charges apply.
Product-Specific Return Terms
Mattresses
Returns are accepted within 14 days if the mattress is unused and unopened.
The factory stabilizing seal must remain intact.
If the mattress size does not fit your bed frame, we’re happy to accept a return (shipping fees apply).
Pillows & Bedding Products
Returns are accepted within 14 days if the items are unused, unopened, and the factory seal is intact.
For your safety, comfort, and hygiene, opened or used bedding items cannot be returned.
Furniture
Non-customized furniture (standard sizes, colors, and materials) can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Returns of furniture are subject to standard shipping fees.
Customized or made-to-order furniture cannot be returned once confirmed, as it is crafted specifically for you.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Your comfort is our priority.
If your Merossa product isn’t the perfect match, we’ll do our best to help you find what truly fits your comfort needs — safely and smoothly.
General Exchange Terms
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the invoice date.
Products must be in their original condition and packaging, free from any signs of use or damage.
For hygiene and safety reasons, personal-use items (such as pillows and bedding) cannot be exchanged once opened.
Each product is eligible for one exchange only.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees related to exchanges.
Product-Specific Exchange Terms
Mattresses
You may exchange your mattress within 30 days of the invoice date (for personal-use items only, not for commercial use).
Shipping fees for mattress exchanges are covered by the customer.
Once exchanged, the new mattress is considered a final purchase — it cannot be returned or exchanged again.
For your comfort and safety, exchanged mattresses are not resold or reused.
