Use a breathable mattress protector or topper cover to shield against dust, moisture, and allergens.

Rotate or flip your topper every few months to maintain even wear and long-lasting comfort.

Avoid folding, rolling tightly, or placing heavy objects on your topper to prevent material deformation.

Clean only according to the care label — spot-clean with mild detergent and allow to air dry completely.

Keep your topper in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area — avoid direct sunlight and high humidity.

Do not use heat sources, irons, or blow dryers on the topper surface.

Return & Exchange - Cancellation Policies

If you change your mind after ordering, you can cancel your order on the same day or request an exchange. Returns must be processed within 14 days of receipt, and you will only be responsible for the shipping costs.

Shipping fees will be deducted from the original product price.

You must send a photo of the returned or exchanged product to confirm it is in its original condition and free of defects.

The returned or exchanged product must be packaged and sealed securely for delivery to the shipping company; otherwise, it will be rejected.

For returns or exchanges, we will accept the product and conduct an inspection within 5 business days. Our quality control department will perform this inspection to ensure the product meets our return and exchange policy. Afterward, the refund will be issued to the customer, minus shipping costs.

Refunds will only be processed via bank transfer, Vodafone Cash, or InstaPay.

If your product meets the above conditions, please contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process of shipping the product back to us.

Please note that if the returned product does not meet the above conditions, it will be rejected and returned to you.
